Brand New Release!!! Junkyard Charm {Reloaded}

Junkyard Charm has not been available in quite a while. But it was too popular to put in the vault...so I revamped it - added 5 papers and 19 more elements! Wahoo! Completely Reloaded! You'll find grunge, rust, dirt, worn, and old in this kit. Not only will you find 13 grunged, worn, and wrinkled papers but you'll also find 39 elements! Just some of them are old clock parts, rusty frames, a crumped leaf, two tags, old bottle cap, two buttons, three tattered and torn paper borders, five word art pieces, lots of metal, rolodex and file card, stapled ribbon, twine, newspaper, and more! All pieces are 300 dpi and quality checked.

Big News - New Kreative Krew, Sweetheart Bingo, and Great Layouts!

You have probably seen the ads around - Kris and I have been scouting out new members for to join our already great K2 Kreative Krew members. We had many applications...so many that we had to turn a few away because we didn't want the team to get too big. All were great applicants though! That said....We did hire SIX new krew! I'm sooo excited about new these great artists:

SWEETHEART BINGO!
Have you ever participated in digital scrapbooking Bingo??? Well....neither have I, but I plan on it this weekend! Join me at Scrappity-Doo-Dah for Sweetheart Bingo! Everyone creates their own card, using specific words (and of course a pretty heart in the center for a free space!). Look here for more details and all the great bingo cards posted already - its gonna be a great attendance!

Birds of a Feather Event at Scrappity-Doo-Dah!

I love the Birds of a Feather (BOF) event at SDD every month! All designers who participate use a common color swatch and everyone creates fun packs of goodies that coordinate. Then for three days that month, all those packs of goodies are on sale for ONE DOLLAR! Yep, I said $1 each! Awesome, huh??? :-) And its only for three days then designers set their goodies to regular price. The BOF event is set for February 12, 13, and 14, 20101!!! Don't miss it! During the event, you'll see a Birds of a Feather category on the left side of the store at SDD!

Here are my contributions. And yep, only $1 on February 12-14!

Moonberry is my newest kit release. I love the colors – greens and purples are my thing right now. I can’t get enough. Moonberry is available as a full kit or as separate element and paper packs. 13 papers include 9 grungy patterns and four solids. 36 elements include: two moons, a moon spray, bead sprinkle, glitter sprinkle, beads hanging from a string, ribbon bow, striped twirled ribbon, four fabric flowers with bling centers, two birds, journal strips, staples, single blueberry, single blackberry, snail, three different foliage branches (one with blueberries), twig frame, double frame, twine with purple flowers, single purple flower, two brown paper tags, twiggy wreath, and more! Everything is 300 dpi and quality checked!

Months & Years and Weekday Rings were both inspired by Project 365. I can’t imagine having to make all those layouts and take all those pictures. I’d rather design useful little embellishment packs that can be used on those layouts. LOL Here are two that I hope all you P365ers can use! Both can be picked up HERE in my store.

The Daily Download is back at SDD! And there is a brand new one available the first two weeks of February. (Don’t worry…you can still get Days 1, 2, 3, and 4!). And who wouldn’t want to pick up this wonderful kit by Red Ivy Designs for free?!? You can find the Daily Download right here in the SDD forums.

I'm hosting a COLOR CHALLENGE at Scrappity-Doo-Dah!

Wanna have some fun at a great new challenge I just posted yesterday at SDD? I host a color challenge the first two weeks of every month. It being February, and my being a sucker for love and anything Valentine's Day related, I found these colors appropriate! LOL

You can earn dbl the challenge points if you use my Always & Forever kit available in my SDD store!

Not enough detail? LOL - I did that on purpose. I didn't want you to have to read it all twice when you can read all the details HERE in the Challenge Forum at SDD! :-) I hope you participate and I look forward to all the beautiful layouts!

If you haven't heard of our K2 Kreative Krew, let me introduce what its all about:

Here are the details:

KariQ Designs & Kris Myers Designs and their Kreative Krew are growing! Come join the fun with our fabulous Layout Artists! Our team has their own blog, a forum, and fun blog challenges.

When applying for a CT Layout Artist position on our team, please be aware of the following expectations that are required of our artists.

4 layouts per month, of which 50% of the layout should be of the kit you are highlighting
Only one layout per kit is required
Layouts posted to 3 different galleries, DST, SDD and the third is your choice
You get the choice of working with whomever's kit you desire (KariQ's or Kris')
Enabling of our kits with your layouts on a rotating schedule
Helping with a challenge promotion on your K2 Blog

Lots of news! Speed Scrap and Very Cool Digi Resource

Hi Everyone! I've been wanting to get on here and post the last four nights and life kept getting in the way. And the announcements have been piling up! LOL But at least you get it all in one shot, huh? :-)

SDD has a speed scrap coming up this weekend! Did you know that lots of prizes are handed out, not to mention a participation prize? That's awesome!
